Tyler Anderson

Tyler Anderson is a Pittsburgh-based multi-disciplinary artist, most partial to dance and theatre, but engaged in fine art as well. He is rooted in modern and jazz dance styles, and draws inspiration from his Queer identity, his love of language, and his deep passion for culture. Currently, Tyler is dancing with Shana Simmons Dance, and also acts as the Arts Education Program Coordinator at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. He is enrolled as a graduate student at Point Park University, and holds a BA in Dance and a BA in Professional Spanish from Slippery Rock University. He’s extremely interpersonal, enjoys collaboration, and loves sharing laughs with new people.
